Mission Statement

The mission of the Office of the Registrar is to provide service and support to students, faculty, staff, alumni and other stakeholders, in support of the mission, vision and goals of Cape Cod Community College. As keepers of the College's academic and student records, we ensure the accuracy, integrity and security of those records.

We provide a wide range of services to the College community and general public which include those listed below:

  • Assist students in the process of registering for classes and transfer credit evaluations;
  • Maintain student data, enrollment, program changes, grades, and enrollment verifications;
  • Process requests for academic transcript records;
  • Assist students with applications for state, federal and union training programs such as 1199 SEIU, TAA (Trade Adjustment Assistance), WIOA (Workforce Investment Opportunity Act), and Section 30 TOPS.
  • Follow Federal and State regulations, FERPA and HIPPA, to safeguard student privacy, academic & and health records;
  • Accept and process degree and certificate applications for graduation from the College.
