Governor Appoints Alumni Board Representative Tammy Glivinski-Saben, Board Chair

Tammy GlivinskiCape Cod Community College’s appointed Alumni Trustee, Tammy Glivinski-Saben of South Yarmouth, has been named by Governor Charlie Baker to Chair the College’s Board of Trustees. The immediate past Chairperson, Sheila Vanderhoef of Cummaquid, completed her term earlier this year, and Governor Baker just announced new Board leadership. Ms. Glivinski-Saben, was named to the Board this past Fall.

The new Board Chair brings over 40 years accounting and management experience to the College leadership role, starting her own business with a client base of only 3, and now services over 150 businesses, including more than 50 non-profits, providing everything from weekly bookkeeping, to full CFO management oversight. Glivinski and Associates generates revenues totaling over $150 million, annually. A highly successful entrepreneur, she founded her firm in 1999 to serve the financial management needs of small and mid-sized organizations, in the seasonal and challenging economic climate that is Cape Cod.

Tammy received her Associates Degree from Cape Cod Community College, and went to earn high-honors as a graduate of Suffolk University.
