Teams who are effectively led contribute substantially to the overall success of the organization. Bringing together individuals with different skills, cultures and from different generations, however, is fraught with pitfalls. Today’s most successful leaders understand the dynamics of a forming team, how things are perceived cross culturally and how to communicate to and motivate four different generations in the workplace. This comprehensive series provides participants the skills, tools and resources required to become effective team leaders and invaluable contributors. By identifying personal biases, individuals can better understand their co-workers, and then dive deep into understanding team dynamics, goal setting and how to lead their teams through change.

Did you know there is art and science behind attracting more donors and sponsors to help you further your cause? After all, the more people who want to support your non-profit, the more money you can raise, which will help it to grow. Being mission-driven can often put the focus on the programs and services, as a result, putting marketing on the back burner. You’re so passionate about the cause – how can you make a bigger impact? Just like any business, a non-profit has to make the best use of its marketing dollars to create an integrative plan and not rely on a singular communication like an annual appeal.

So how do you build a bigger donor/sponsor base?
In this workshop you’ll learn how to use the science of connection to create a strong voice or brand and pair it with a smart, strategic marketing strategy to streamline your efforts and position you for greater success.

In this two-session hands-on workshop you’ll learn how to:

  1. Make your marketing communications work harder for you & make the most of your budget
  2. Give your cause a clear strong voice
  3. Use the science of connection to have more emotional appeal & build a more loyal donor/sponsor base
  4. Have a deeper understanding of your ideal donors/sponsors
  5. Attract more sponsors & donors for events and fundraisers
  6. Develop a strategic approach to Integrate PR, Video and Social media
  7. Stand out from similar causes
  8. Engage your community & build your ambassadors
  9. Create a more powerful annual appeal
  10. Create a short-term/long-term marketing plan

When you learn how to attract more donors and sponsors you can make a bigger difference in the lives of those you want to serve!
