Eco-Tourism & Travel: Environment & Culture in Costa Rica

Students examine the biodiversity of Costa Rica, exploring the various ecosystems, flora and fauna, and cultural sites of this Latin American country.  Students will visit San Jose, the Arenal region, Monteverde, and the Central Pacific Coast with an expert local guide. For additional information:

Cuba: New World Spanish Culture & Language

Students study Spanish language and civilization in Cuba. Language classes are held at the José Martí Studies Center in the mornings. Participants stay in Havana with day trips to museums, Varadero, and an overnight in Santa Clara.

India & Dubai (UAE) Cultural Study Trip

On this international study tour to south Asia and the southeast end of the Arabian Peninsula, participants will study comparative economic systems and be introduced to the cultures of UAE and India. The trip includes visits to cultural sites and historic monuments in Dubai, Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Chandigarh, Rishikesh, and Haridwar. Participants will attend economic presentations and work on collaborative projects at the Dubai Economic Council and institutions in India and share in cultural exchange with local people. The study tour includes accommodation in hotels, transportation by private coach, and all meals.
