Academic Transcript Requests

Your Cape Cod Community College transcript is the official, permanent record of all undergraduate courses you have taken while attending 4Cs. In accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), your transcript can only be released with your written authorization. 4Cs has partnered with Parchment Digital Credential Service to manage the ordering, processing, and secure delivery of official transcripts.

Current or Former Students/Alumni

Login directly through Parchment to request your official transcript. If you do not already have a Parchment account, you will be required to set up an account for transcript requests. Options to “Hold for Final Grades” or “After Degree” will be available.

Records prior to 1993 may require up to 10 business days to process.

Order an Official Transcript via Parchment

Third Party Requesters:

Order academic credentials from CCCC by setting up a Third Party account or login directly with an existing account through Parchment & Third Party Ordering.

Request and Unofficial Transcript

Unofficial transcripts are provided free of charge in person or mailed only to the student as long as there are no unmet obligations to the College. Unofficial records cannot be emailed or faxed. Current Students: An unofficial transcript can be obtained through CampusWeb.

Under Academics, locate and select “Unofficial Transcript.” Former Students/Alumni: An unofficial transcript can be obtained in person with a photo ID during regular business hours at the Office of the Registrar, or by completing, then emailing the Unofficial Transcript Request form to transcripts@capecod.edu to have it mailed to you.

Looking for GED or HiSETT transcript or record? Request it online via DiplomaSender.

Transcript Ordering Fees

Official transcript requests cost $8.00 per email address requested and $13.00 per USPS address requested, and are payable through Parchment. Paper transcripts to be delivered outside of the USA or via FedEx may incur additional costs at time of order.

Transcript requests cannot be processed for students with an outstanding obligation to the College. The processing and delivery of academic transcript requests may be delayed due to inclement weather or holiday closures. Please plan accordingly.
