CALM Team

Not sure if you need help? Access a free, anonymous Stress & Depression Questionnaire. The questionnaire is a safe and easy way to find out if stress, anxiety, or depression may be affecting you.

Counseling Services

Our objective is to promote wellness, personal growth, and academic success of students. While enrolled as a 4Cs student, you have the opportunity to schedule an appointment with a licensed counselor on campus. Together we will assess your needs and your goals and determine the best approach for you. If you need longer-term treatment or other specialized resources, we will work with you to provide the appropriate referrals.
