The Life Fitness Center is open to all current Cape Cod Community College students, staff, faculty, and alumni. Usage of all facilities (fitness center, gymnasium, racquetball court) requires completion of a Membership Agreement and Acknowledgement of Risk Form. A new form must be completed every 12 months. There are no user fees.
Upon review of the Facility Rules and Policies and completion of the Membership Form, users must obtain or validate a Cape Cod Community College (CCCC) ID at the Student Life Office. The CCCC ID serves as a Life Fitness Center membership card and must be presented at each visit to the fitness center.
The Life Fitness Center is a campus partner in creating a vibrant, innovative, engaged community and supports students in a multi-dimensional approach to wellness. We listen to and respond to the voice of the student body when planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and events. Programs, services, and facilities are centered on the physical, social, recreational, and lifelong educational needs of the campus community as they relate to student development and student success.
Campus Recreation and Wellness follows the NIRSA Code of Ethics in planning, programming, and decision-making.
The Life Fitness Center will be a regional leader in community college fitness and recreation by offering unique and innovative student development, engagement, and leadership opportunities, while also seeking to be inclusive and adaptable to the needs of all Cape Cod Community College students. In collaboration with other campus partners, the Life Fitness Center will be a central contributor to improving student recruitment, retention, and success.
