Teaching, Learning & Student Development Conference
The 2019 Massachusetts Community College Teaching, Learning & Student Development Conference will be held at Cape Cod Community College on Friday, April 5, 2019.
Our theme this year is Retention with Intention: Supporting Community College Students from First Contact through Post-Graduation.
This year’s theme asks participants to reflect upon and evaluate how their campus attracts, retains, and supports students throughout the college experience.
In support of this theme, this year’s conference will have four focus tracks:
- Classroom strategies that support today's community college students
- Student services from first contact through post-graduation
- Inclusion- and equity-based practices that build a sense of belonging
- Engaging with the community to support student success
The registration deadline for the conference is March 15, 2019.
