"Teaching art is a formative collaboration that involves an exchange about ideas, techniques, and the development of skills.
It is a particular pleasure to help students find ways to recognize their own potential through self expression. It is all about experimentation, struggle, and discovery.
I think all humans, regardless of their level of skill, have the ability to make things that can provide a profound enriching experience for the individual and the community as a whole. Art is the mirror of a creative culture that is always evolving, always examining itself, always trying to be better."
