All group exercises are drop-in. No preregistration required! Meet in the Fitness Center with your valid 4Cs ID each time you attend class.

|Class Description: All levels welcome. A mix of yoga and Pilates moves that will leave you feeling taller and leaner. Fantastic for your posture! The Fitness Center has mats, blocks, and straps … all we need is you.|
