As a student or applicant, you may petition the Business Office at Cape Cod Community College to change your classification for tuition purposes based upon changed circumstances since the date you filed the tuition affidavit. You may also petition if you disagree with your classification. (This section may also be used by international students who have changed their visa status.) You must petition for a change in classification no later than the first day of the academic period for which you seek to have your residency classification changed. The decision of the Business Office shall be final and binding for that semester.
Any misrepresentation, omission or incorrect information contained on a student/applicant affidavit for in-state tuition which if stated accurately would be the basis for denial of in-state tuition shall be cause for dismissal or other disciplinary action with no right to a tuition refund.
