The Movieguru has been on the air for seven and a half years – and she loves it! She began by taking Intro to Radio Broadcasting and Mass Communication in the Fall of 2005. She continued to be on the air after the end of the semester, and as the saying goes: "the rest is history". The Movieguru graduated from Cape Cod Community College in May of 2012, but the show goes on at 90.7 WKKL.

"Studio Session Live" brings you the music of local artists from Cape Cod, the South Coast and beyond. Artists play live in studio and are interviewed by the host. The purpose of Studio Session Live is to bring the Guest Artists together with the audience in such a way that nothing comes between the performer and the audience. We want a transparent production that is invisible to the viewer. We want professional audio and video that bring the performance perfectly to the viewer. We want 52 weeks of programs, and 52 performances that you will remember. We want the type of music that will run through your head at stoplights, and before you drop off to sleep at night. Artists include CrabGrass, Andy & Judy, Nanci Hobson, Frank Albani, Jim Palana, Luke MacNeil,Susan Lee, and more.

Sam Holmstock is a lifelong musician. He's a founding member of the World Fusion group Entrain, Lead drummer and instructor for the Cape Cod African Dance and Drum Ensemble, and a freelance African and Latin percussionista. Sam has been doing Community Radio since 1980, doing stints at esteemed stations such as WXPN in Philadelphia and WMVY on Martha's Vineyard, and is now delighted to be part of the WKKLfamily.
