Transcript Requests
Students can request an official copy of their transcript — a student's academic record embossed with the College seal — from the Office of the Registrar. Requests must be submitted in writing: by mail, by fax or in person.
Transcripts will not be processed for students who have any unmet obligations or "HOLDS" on their account, including: financial, library, media or immunization (but not Advising holds).
Request must include the following:
- Complete name, including former/maiden name
- Current mailing address
- Area code and phone number
- Social Security number
- Date of Birth
- Signature
- Date
- Indicate when you would like your transcript released:
Routine processing [7 – 10 business days]
Process after final grades are posted
Process after degree is recorded
- Indicate where you would like your transcript(s) sent
- Indicate the number of copies you would like

Please note: As of July 1, 2007, there is no fee required for the processing of a transcript.
