Set Up Monthly Payment Plans or Pay in Full
with FACTS Tuition Management

Cape Cod Community College offers a NEW budget payment plan option to help you pay your College tuition and fees in a convenient monthly payment plan or pay in full through FACTS MANAGEMENT CO.

Here's how to access CCCC's FACTS e-Cashier

A.    If you have already registered for classes:

1. Log onto Campus Web below.
2. Click on the My Finances Link in the left menu bar.
3. Update your charges by clicking on Update Charges button. (Follow instructions back to this page)
4. At the bottom of the Student Accounts information page, click in the link for e-Cashier.
   Please Note: Pop-up blockers may block e-Cashier from starting!!
5. Read the information on FACTS e-Cashier Automatic Payment Program and click "Proceed" to sign up for a monthly payment plan or pay in full.

B.    If you have not registered for classes

1. Log onto Campus Web below.
2. Click on Course Search Link in the left menu bar.
3. Register for your classes. IMPORTANT! You must register for classes before you sign up for FACTS Monthly Payment Plan.
4. After you register for classes, click on the My Finances Link in the left menu bar.
5. Update your charges by clicking on Update Charges button. (Follow instructions back to this page)
6. At the bottom of the Student Accounts information page, click in the link for e-Cashier.
   Please Note: Pop-up blockers will block e-Cashier from starting!!
7. Read the information on FACTS e-Cashier Automatic Payment Program and click "Proceed" to sign up for a monthly payment plan or pay in full.

NOTE: Please be sure to have the following information before you sign up for the payment plan:

• Your six-digit student ID number.
• PIN
• The name, address, and e-mail address of the person responsible for making the payments.
• To protect your privacy, you will need to create your own unique FACTS Access Code Please be sure it is something you can easily remember.
• Account information for the person responsible for payment.
• If paying by automatic bank payments, you will need:
  
  
  • the bank name
  • telephone number
  • the account number
  • the bank routing number
    
    (most of this information is located on your check)
    
    
• If paying by credit card, you will need:
  
  
  • the credit card number
  • expiration date of the credit card
  • FACTS accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card and American Express
