Set up monthly payment plans or pay in full

Cape Cod Community College offers a budget payment plan option to help you pay your College tuition and fees in a convenient monthly payment plan or pay in full through FACTS MANAGEMENT Co.

Here's how to access CCCC's FACTS e-Cashier:

A. If you have already registered for classes:

1. Log onto Campus Web using your Username and Password
2. Click on the Academics tab and then the My Finances link
3. On the My Finances page click My Account Balances
4. Once information is retrieved click on Payment Plan Setup to sign up for a monthly payment plan or make full payment.
5. Review your balance due then click the e-cashier link at the bottom of the page.
6. Read the information on FACTS e-cashier Automatic Payment Program and click "Proceed" to sign up for a monthly payment plan or pay in full.

B. If you have not registered for classes:

1. Log onto Campus Web using your Username and Password
2. Click on the Academics Tab then Course Search
3. Register for your classes. IMPORTANT! You must register for classes before you sign up for FACTS Monthly Payment Plan.
4. After you register for classes, click on the My Finances link in the left menu bar.
5. On the My Finances page click My Account Balances
6. Once information is retrieved click on Payment Plan Setup to sign up for a monthly payment plan or make full payment.
7. Review your balance due then click the e-cashier link at the bottom of the page.
8. Read the information on FACTS e-cashier Automatic Payment Program and click "Proceed" to sign up for a monthly payment plan or pay in full.

NOTE: Please be sure to have the following information before you sign up for the payment plan:

• Your six-digit student ID number.
• PIN
• The name, address, and e-mail address of the person responsible for making the payments.
• To protect your privacy, you will need to create your own unique FACTS Access Code – please be sure it is something you can easily remember.
• Account information for the person responsible for payment.

If paying by automatic bank payments, you will need (most of this information is located on your check):

• Bank name
• Telephone number
• Account number
• Bank routing number

If paying by credit card, you will need:

• Credit card number
• Expiration date of the credit card

FACTS accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card.
