Your wellness and fitness can influence your college success. CCCC offers a variety of enjoyable options designed to help you maintain and increase strength, stamina, energy, and physical fitness, while you relieve stress. Our recreational activities and intramural programs provide opportunities to stay active or compete with classmates. The Life Fitness Center at 4Cs offers indoor and outdoor facilities and exercise equipment to help you stay fit.
