The Eldridge Papers

This collection of legal papers from Levi Eldridge of Chatham. Deyo's History of Barnstable County lists the first Levi Eldridge as being born in December of 1794, the son of Nathaniel Eldridge, and died in 1866. A portion of these legal papers belonged to him.

The second part of the collection appears to be the property of Levi Eldridge, Jr. who was born on September 8, 1819 and was still alive at the time of the publication of Deyo's History in 1890. The list is taken from Deyo's History.
