HOW DO I LOG INTO JENZABAR ?

Click on the Jenzabar Icon on your desktop, or click on the - Start button - All Programs - Jenzabar E.X. 2.0 - and then EX 2.0 on you program menu.

Next you should see the Jenzabar Login box. At this point, type in your Jenzabar User Name and you Jenzabar Password. Although this may be the same as you CCCC User Name and CCCC Password it may also be different so check it carefully. If you have any questions about you Jenzabar User Name or Jenzabar Password contact the Help Desk at 4004.

If you belong to more than one Jenzabar User Group you may also have a box pop up that asks you to chose the group privileges that you would to logon with. use the pull down menu to select the correct group.

You should now see the Jenzabar main screen and it should look something like this.

How do I change my PASSWORD in Jenzabar?

1) Logon in to Jenzabar as you normally would or use your temporary PASSWORD if you have been given one.

Your screen should look like the screen in the above question.

2) On the bottom left hand side of the screen where it says Jenzabar EX - right click. A menu should come up and look like this.

3) Click on the Change Password... menu choice. The following box should come up.

4) Type in your current PASSWORD, and the type in your new password twice. Click on the OK button.

Your new PASSWORD should now be set.
