During this period, he has published widely on literary subjects, including the poetry of Wordsworth and Coleridge, the teaching of writing and the literature of the Holocaust He has also published original fiction. His courses frequently explore the interrelation between literature and visual art.
Retired from teaching, Milton Teichman and his wife Sharon Leder operate the Teichman Gallery on Route 6A in Brewster, where they show the work of Milton Teichman as well as the work of outstanding Cape artists. Sharon Leder, a teacher of literature and an author, arranges cultural events in the gallery during the summer months.
The focus of the Teichman Gallery is on innovative contemporary art in various media and on programs that bring together the sister arts of painting, literature, and music.
