The idea that a professional artist can share their philosophy, inspiration, technique and knowledge can benefit those they interact with. To be able to do this is a gift, to do it well is a talent and to have the opportunity to do it is well. . . . fortunate. The 19 artists who are in this exhibition have unique opportunity to shape future artists. They have personal responsibility to nurture, encourage and bring out the creative spirit in their students.  At the same time they peruse their individual goals and follow their inner muse. How they all do this is remarkable and admirable. To teach is to help one invent themselves. How fortunate Cape Cod Community College is to have found such talented role models for their students. We invite you to see how we as visual artists think.
