Q: Who can use Health Services?
A: Health services are available to any student, faculty or staff member at Cape Cod Community College. There is no charge for services provided on campus. Costs are met through the all purpose fee. We hope you will come by our office in the Life Fitness Complex to become acquainted.

Q: Who provides the Service?
A: Registered nurses with specialized training are available 8:00am to 4:00pm during the week. A physician and a psychologist are available at regularly scheduled hours by appointment.

  • Health information for writing papers or for personal interest

  • Personal counseling

  • Substance abuse counseling

  • *There is a charge for all vaccines.
  • Tetanus $10.
  • Tuberculin Test $10.
  • MMR $35.
  • Hepatitis B $30.
  • Must pay for Hep B in advance ($90)

Q: What if I don't have the student health insurance?
A: There is no charge for on-campus care. Services are unrelated to whether or not you have the student insurance plan.

Q: When are we open?
A: Health Services is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.

Q: Where are we located?
A: We are located in the Life Fitness Complex (right next to the Gym) between parking lots #11 and #12.

Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: Yes, appointments are necessary. Walk-ins are welcome for emergency care or inquiries. Appointments are also needed for physician and counseling services.

Q: Where do I get immunization records?
A: Pick up a copy from your high school, physician's office, previous college, or "baby shot record book". If you are unable to obtain a complete record, the vaccines are available at Health Services.

This requirement is a Massachusetts state law. You will not be able to register until your immunizations are complete.
