The Cotton Center for Real Estate Studies, established with a generous contribution of Jack and Ann Marie Cotton, is dedicated to the education and continued professional development of real estate professionals and the mentoring of those new to and seeking to enter the profession.

The Center focuses energy and activity on advancing the field and affiliated elements while empowering individuals to attain home ownership. It encompasses all of the real estate courses currently offered by the managing department, The Center for Corporate and Professional Education at Cape Cod Community College, and will develop new curriculum in such areas as real estate licensing, appraising, sales and marketing, investment analysis, finance, property development and management, and related topics and issues.

MA requires 40 hours of pre-license training prior to the real estate salesperson exam. This course will prepare students for the license exam. It is approved by the MA Board of Registration for fulfilling its licensing requirements.



40 Hour Real Estate Broker's License Course

If you have been a licensed salesperson affiliated with a Broker for 3 years or more, working at least 25 hours a week in real estate, you may be eligible for the Brokers Pre-Licensing course. MA requires 40 hours of pre-license training prior to the real estate broker's exam. This course will prepare students for the license exam. It is approved by the MA Board of Registration for fulfilling its licensing requirements.
