The College Connection Program was created by Cape Cod Community College in partnership with local school districts and is partly supported by private donations and grants. Commitment from all stakeholders is essential for the Program's success.
New Partnerships
The College Connection Program has expanded their partnerships for the 2009-2010 academic year. With the addition of four high schools the Program will provide equity, access and choice to an estimated 1900 seniors on Cape Cod. The College Connection Program welcomes the following new partners:

The best part of the program is the personalization each student receives, from the Cape Cod Community College team, in making their educational plans. The services are provided at the student's high school which allows an equal opportunity for all who choose it. Falmouth High School is very excited to be a second year participant in this valuable program and to work closely with CCCC on behalf of our students."
