The College Connection Program was created by Cape Cod Community College in partnership with local school districts and is partly supported by private donations and grants. Commitment from all stakeholders is essential for the Program's success.

Newest Partnership

The College Connection Program is pleased to welcome Mashpee High School as its newest partner during this 2010-2011 academic year.

Continuing Partnerships   

The College Connection Program now provides access, support and choice to over 1900 seniors on Cape Cod.  The following schools are continuing partnerships with the College Connection Program.

Falmouth High School*
