To gain admissions to CCCC's associate degree or certificate programs an applicant must submit a completed application for admissions. Applicants to Dental Hygiene, Nursing, Massage Therapy, Medical Assisting, Diagnostic Technology, Paramedic and International Students must submit additional information.

Completed applications must be returned to the Admissions Office on the first floor of the Administration building on our West Barnstable campus. You may fax a completed application to (508) 375-4089 or mail to:

Applications are reviewed on a rolling admissions basis until seats are filled. Priority is given to candidates who apply by the following dates:
